This policy explains how Bizi Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information on drverifiednetwork.com (the "Site"). The Site is an explainer for the DR Verified Network trust mark; it has no accounts, no forms, and collects very little.

1. Who we are

The Site is hosted in Finland (in the European Union); if you visit from the US, Canada, or elsewhere, the technical data described below is processed there.

2. What we collect

Collected automatically: standard technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, via Google Analytics 4 delivered through Google Tag Manager. This includes analytics cookies set by Google. We use it to understand how the Site is used, including clicks on links to our network sites.

You give us: whatever you include if you email us. We use it only to reply and to act on what you raise (for example, checking a badge concern).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, and the Site has no way to submit it.

3. Business verification data

Verification of businesses (ownership, registration, licence checks) happens on the network sites where businesses claim their listings, such as The Dominican Directory, under those sites' own terms and policies. This Site does not collect or process verification data.

4. How we share information

We share technical data with the service providers that run the Site (hosting and analytics), under their contracts. We do not sell personal information for money. Analytics cookies may be treated as "sharing" under some US state laws; you can opt out by blocking cookies as described below. We disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under California's CCPA/CPRA and similar US state laws, and Canada's PIPEDA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing". Email hello@drverifiednetwork.com and we will verify and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

6. Cookies

The Site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site works fully without them. Because standards differ, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Retention and security

Analytics data is retained on the schedule configured in Google Analytics and then deleted or aggregated. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with what you raised. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The Site is for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
